As a nurse for 40 years, I have worked with a wide variety of staff, RN's, Nurse's Aides, Social Workers, and MD's, with degrees of expertise and compassion for their patients. My observation of Nicole, caring for an 80 year-old woman in a Retirement/ Nursing Home has renewed my faith in those working in this field. Her interventions and observations of the needs of her patient are top notch, and their quality of life, (even though it be a setting away from their previous living situation), has improved since Nicole has implemented her care for this lady particularly.



She has the uncanny ability to never lose hope in their ability to progress and improve their lives even in a retirement home. And that alone has stabilized this patient physically and emotionally. She's reading more, less isolative to her bed, and eating better, which is improving her strength, confidence and mood. Nicole's unwavering care and concern for this lady has given her hope and purpose for her remaining years.

 This place is very nice! Though my loved one struggles with his dementia at times, the staff are very nice and do what they can to make him comfortable. The facility is also great, as it is large and looks very new. We are all very pleased with his stay!

We were researching Home Care and Skilled Nursing facilities for a family member requiring long term 24/7 care and discovered All Valley Home Care. We decided All Valley was the best possible alternative for our loved one.

Owned and operated by husband and wife care giving team Doru and Gigi Gheaburcu - are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, personable caregivers providing residents with a beautiful, spotless, personalized and socialized homecare setting. Ranging from simple assisted living to the highest level of care required and medication management Doru and Gigi, along with the house Skilled Nurse Marilyn Durbin, are kind, attentive and work hard to specifically tailor, monitor and adjust to the needs of the resident.

Doru and Gigi serve three hot, delicious and varied home cooked meals plus healthful snacks every day. We can tell you the residents appreciate the home cooking - especially if they've come from an institutional setting like a hospital, rehab or skilled nursing facility. We especially appreciate the caregiver to resident ratio - 1:5 at All Valley vs. what we found at most skilled nursing/caregiving alternatives at 1:18, 1:19 or higher ratio. We found this to be is especially important for residents requiring attention/assistance for everyday activities - feeding, sitting, standing, dressing, bathing, etc.

In support of the caregivers are on-call doctors, therapists, physical/occupational therapy, social workers, a chaplain - really any service you could think of. We found All Valley to offer the perfect combination of care and service for our family member.

We would easily recommend All Valley Home Care to family and friends in need of assisted living/any level of home care/hospice care for a loved one.
